Planning the supply chain, stocking responsibly, arranging skilled and trained labor, and the long hours of work involved were their biggest challenges. Their dispatches were not happening on time, creating disruptions in the entire chain. Inventory management was also getting difficult for them as they saw cases of ongoing material mismatch issues. FIFO and FMFO are vital to maintaining a cold chain, and their products need FIFO at -18 degrees Celsius.

To supply curd & yogurt in the market, team ARK started operations as early as 6 a.m. and dispatched 5/6 vehicles to deliver to all markets as per route plan by 7.30/8 A.M. Thus increasing the visibility and sales of the company. We also provided them with made shift operations to smoothen inward and outward material, along with practicing 100% FMFO practice.
