Rakesh shah is the director of ark supply chain solutions pvt. Ltd. He leads the business and strategy development wing. He has a diploma in electronics engineering. With over 29 years of experience in team management, nurturing, and business development, rakesh has been able to toe the line while remaining grounded, thereby setting the vision and culture of the company. With his fiery temperament, unwavering commitment, along with decisive nature, he dreams to propel the company to the apex.
Kamlesh shah has been a part of ark since 1993. In 1995, an expansion opportunity came along to diversify our operations in a new location - pune, and he pioneered this venture single-handedly. Today our pune branch boasts of a handsome 1,75,000 sq. ft. Warehouse space on 4 and a half acres of land. His calm, composed, and level headed nature makes him a force to reckon within the company. Garnering love and respect from not only his peers, employees, and vendors but even the clients that he deals with.
Yomesh shah comes from a family where everyone runs or owns a business of their own, which is why he's had experience in printing, packaging, factories, machinery, etc. He moved to pune, maharashtra is 2006 with an urge to explore some new industries & that's when ark happened. As he was completely new to this sector, he began ground level onward to get a stronger grasp of how the supply chain industry works and what he can do to better it. This helped strengthen our logistics basics as well, helping the business grow many folds. Yomesh is a people person and can multi-task in comfort. He has a zest for life & willingness to take risks, to try and explore new avenues in business, making him a great person to work with.
Santha kumar Has nearly two decades of experience in supply chain management. Mr. Kumar has received various awards including, "excellence in supply chain management". Before he became a part of ark, he was associated with different organizations like cafe coffee day, amara raja batteries limited, etc. He has even undertaken several in-house trainings like iso 9001, internal audit training program by faculty of tuv, six sigma projects, and many others. His strengths lie in interpersonal skills and effective communication, helping him build excellent relations everywhere. Even excels at analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities. On the supply chain front, he's good at cross-functional activities conducting stock reconciliation, receivables management & sales administration. He is good at developing & implementing policies, systems and processes. At ark, santha has handled some key assignments like the implementation of sap, 5s techniques, establishing the hub and spoke model, etc.
Anil gupta has extensive experience of 20+ years in different industries such as garments, fmcg, white goods, toys, license merchandise, retail, dairy, logistics handling a varied gamut of departments like commercial, supply chain, sales, plant, admin, corporate, import & export. His understanding of processes and systems makes it easy for him to sync the macro view of business with the micro side of it. His vigor and passion to create an impact at the workspace is matched with his ability to deliver. Backed with a knack for taking on challenges at work and delivering optimum solutions.
