This product is to be kept in a cold storage facility maintaining temperatures at -18 degrees celsius at all times. Manpower can not be present in the warehouse for more than 10 minutes due to the extreme weather conditions. We provided them with 2 sets of team to work for 18 hours, taking over their inventory and dispatches. Team ARK has managed to correct the book stock by maintaining a physical PKD discipline to check 100 per pkd while incoming and outgoing as per invoice. This led to 100% match with SAP stock leading to reduction in unproductive time. Route plan and FMFO are constantly maintained by us with the help of daily cycle count leading to nil material mismatch.
